She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Epperly and Cornelia "Doris" Mussleman Gills; her son Michael Turpin; and her stepson Jeff Webber. She is survived by: her husband Roger M. Webber; her daughter Jody Eckart (Stephen); her grandson Shane Turpin (Mary); her stepgrandchildren, Ervin Buchannon, III, Holly Eckart, Hunter Eckart, Tiffaney Webber, Brittney Webber and Erin Webber; her great grandchild Ember Turpin; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Hayden Turpin and SaRhia Barrow; her brother Frank Lynwood Epperly (Carolyn); her nephew Dwayne Epperly; and her niece Tracey Epperly.
