He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Vivian Mae Reese Austin; his wife Florence Eveline Jordan Worrell; his children, Jeanne Worrell Bell, Gloria Worrell Hawley (Eugene Hawley), Lewis Jackson Worrell Jr. (Chip), Keri Worrell and Linda Worrell Johns (Alan Johns); and his sister Mary Robinson (Marvin Robinson). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews; 14 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
