As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Lester Joseph may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester J. White and Gertrude M. White; and his wife Mary Jane White. He is survived by: his children, Herbert White (Marsha) and Alicia VanVliet (Leo); and his sister Virginia Stephens. He is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Longwood Avenue Baptist Church (1304 Longwood Ave, Bedford, VA 24523).
