He was predeceased by: his mother Florence Dooley of Richmond. He is survived by: his wife Kay Arthur; his sons, Darrell D. Arthur and Michael L. Arthur (Lisa); his granddaughter Alexandra L. Arthur; his sister Mary Ann Bell of Richmond; and his pet Tuxedo.
