He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Garland and Lorene Craig; his aunt Jean Dudley; his cousin Stephanie Williams; and his brother-in-law Keith Long.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Long Palmer; his children, Isaac Palmer, Samara Palmer and Yvonne Hylton (Will); his grandchildren, Maddox Hylton, Ida Hylton and Ivy Hylton; his sister Emmy Lawrence Witt (Shawn); his nieces, Madisin Witt (Stephen), Cameron Witt and Lexi Witt; his parents-in-law, Lois and Donald Long; and his close friends, Tim Snyder and Pete Kepler.
