He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Courtworth Howell and Mamie Lou Arrington of Bedford. He is survived by: his children, Jason Howell of Charlottesville, Kelly Robey (John Robey) of Louisa and Ryan Howell (Jennifer Falcone) of Palmyra; his grandchildren, Jacob Robey, Olivia Howell, Caitlin Howell, Emisyn Howell and Laney Howell; and his sister Carolyn Sue Howell (Jimmy Delong) of Bedford. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, we ask donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
