He was predeceased by: his parents, Wandlas Emory Eppley and Laura Mae Johnston Eppley; and his wife Mary Ellen "Mickey" Snead Eppley. He is survived by: his children, Sharon E. Blankenship, Laura E. Key (David) and Charles A. "Andy" Eppley (Esther); and his sisters, Polly Ann Creasy and Bonnie Bremner (Charlie). He is also survived by grandchildren & great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Quaker Baptist Church Cemetery (4665 Chestnut Fork Rd, Bedford, VA 24523).
