She was predeceased by: her sister Juztice Martin; and her grandparents, Hazel Callahan and Charles E. Martin. She is survived by: her parents, Angela Nicole Martin and Anthony Franklin Lloyd III; and her siblings, Jakob, Jeremy and Juno Martin.
After her passing, Jaklyn was able to give the gift of life to at least four people, through organ donation.
