It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacob Warren Jackson of Bedford, Virginia, who passed away on October 22, 2024, at the age of 27, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Jon Jackson and Liz Jackson; his grandparents, Warren, Theresa Jackson and Charlie Barr; his siblings, Zach Comstock (Jessi) and Justin Jackson; his nieces and nephews, Cole, Maddux, Jackson and Peyton Comstock; his aunts, Felicity Jackson, Sue King (Paul) and Sabrina DeWalt (Chris); his pets, Zeus, Gavin and Rock; and his friends, Alex Williams, Laura Chattin, Keith Hennenborn, Justin Wofford and Daniel Bailey. He is also survived by numerous family members, bowling friends, and a host of other friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Oakey's Vinton Chapel (627 Hardy Rd, Vinton, VA 24179). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his memory to Vinton Youth Bowling by contacting Vinton Bowling Center (540-466-1644) or dropping donations off there.
