He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Hobson and Thomasina Jackson Hobson; and his son-in-law Derrick DeHart. He is survived by: his daughters, Allyson DeHart, Stacy Scott and Melanie Evans; his grandchildren, Isaac, Payton Scott, Cyara, Bailey, Everest, Finland DeHart, Delany and Sadie Evans; his sister LeeAnn Lewis (Jeff); his former wife Diane Hobson; and his friend Dan Pelletier.
