He is survived by: his parent Gracie May Zimmerman Padgett; his wife Lora Padgett; his brothers, Jerry Wayne "Butch" Padgett and Bobby L. Padgett; his nieces, Tracy Waechter and Cameron Padgett; his nephew Chris Padgett; and his father-in-law Floyd Jasper Johnson (Thelma). He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
