He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren S. Crouch and Margaret Holdren Crouch; his former wife Nina Bell Crouch; his wife Marie Fariss Crouch; his siblings, Murline Crouch, Velma Davis, Avis Crouch Frye, Haywood Lewis Crouch and Emily Crouch Bennett; and his daughter-in-law Angie Trent Crouch.
He is survived by: his son Rodney Lee Crouch; his grandchildren, Cayla Crouch and Shannon Jackson (Lewis); and his great grandchild Jax.
