He is survived by: his children, Martha Williams, Jonathan Gross (Pam), Mary Scruggs (Ken) and Timothy Gross (Anne); his grandchildren, Tamara Scott (Nevin), Joseph Williams (Yacquelin), Emily Scruggs, Abby Schlatter (Simon), Claire Williams, Joy Scruggs, Andrea Scruggs, Julia Rolston (Cody), Jessica Gross, Caroline Gross and Michaela Gross; and his great grandchildren, Alana Tapley, Laila, Avery Scott, Easton, Oakley Williams, Brayden, Emma Scruggs, Eleanor, Jude Schlatter and Sophia Rolston.
