She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Annie Rhodes and Walter Rhodes; her husband Harold Abbott; her brother Jim Rhodes; her son-in-law John Texter; her children, Barry Turpin and Joy Texter; her daughter-in-law Barbara Turpin; her granddaughter Anna Kanter (Jonathan); her great grandchild Miriam; her grandson Benjamin Turpin; her sister-in-law Evelyn Rhodes; her nephews, Wayne, Jerry, Mark and Walter Rhodes; her niece Lisa Rhodes; her grandmother Owl; and her friend Debra Turner.
Out of concern for our community during this pandemic, we will be holding a memorial service at a later, undetermined date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Oakland United Methodist Church.
