We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2020, at the age of 100, Elizabeth Mitchell Arthur (Bedford, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mitchell and Icer Bandy Mitchell; and her husband Dennis O. Arthur. She is survived by: her daughter Icer Litvin (Stuart); and her grandsons, Seth Litvin and Ethan Litvin. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the National D-Day Memorial, Bedford Presbyterian Church or Centra Bedford Hospice.
