She was predeceased by: her parent Alexander Mortimer Carter. She is survived by: her parent Ella Keziah Burnette Carter; her children, Van Carter Reynolds (Joni), Ginger Lee Reynolds and Delores Reynolds Bradee (Bill); her grandchildren, Loree Frazitta (Bryan), Beau Bradee and Nicole Hobson (Tim); and her great grandchildren, Madison Hopson, Cameron Hopson, Bradee Frazitta, Bryce Frazitta and Liam Bradee.
