He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Lilley and Mary Clark Lilley; and his son Donnie Ray Lilley, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Judy Nester Lilley; his daughters, Jacqueline Lilley and Loretta Lilley; his grandchildren, Hannah Shae Lilley, Mary Elizabeth Lilley, Dillon Lilley, Travis Lilley and Landon Karnes; his great grandchildren, Grayson Michael Lilley, Briella Mae Andrews and Skylar Nicole Overstreet; and his sisters, Sue Walker and Connie Mamom. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews and special friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service (1140 W Lynchburg Salem Turnpike, Bedford, VA 24523). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Cool Springs Pentecostal Holiness Church (3453 Buffalo Run, Thaxton, VA 24174). A burial was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery (1311 Park St, Bedford, VA 24523).
