She was predeceased by: her parents, Lionel Walter Pendleton and Hazel Virginia Pendleton; her husband Todd Shumaker; her brother Ronald Pendleton; and her nephews, Stuart Cheek and Keith Cheek.
She is survived by: her sister Barbara Overstreet; her sister-in-law Kitty Pendleton; and her nephews, Clayton Cheek and Ronald Pendleton, Jr..
A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oakey's Roanoke Chapel.
