She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Bradley, Sr. and Rena Carter Bradley; and her husband Freddie Otto Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Barry D. Bradley (Angela), Bryan K. Johnson (Donna) and Robyn Mayhew (Bryon); and her siblings, Virginia Pearl Triplett, Sarah Graham, Robert E. Bradley (Linda) and Mickey R. Bradley. She is also survived by five grandchildren & thirteen great grandchildren.
