He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Arrington Toms and Clara Dean Wood Toms; and his wife Vickie Lynn Harris Toms. He is survived by: his children, Richard Warren Toms (Jody), William Randall Toms and Phyliss Annette Toms; his grandchildren, Kord M. Witt (Abby), Kyle Coleman, Kason Toms and Austin Beaty William Christian (Julia); his great grandchildren, Walker M. Witt and Beckley L. Beaty; and his siblings, Carlton Toms and Barbara Toms.
