He was predeceased by: his parents, James Virgil Stroud and Fontell Conner Stroud. He is survived by: his daughters, Marcia Millholland (Wayne) of Kennesaw, Georgia and Dr. Kristi Fowler (Craig) of Bedford, Virginia; and his granddaughter Mollie Millholland of Kennesaw, Georgia..
