She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Ross; and her sister Hester "Marie" Robertson. She is survived by: her daughter Diane Thompson of Lynchburg, VA; her granddaughters, Latrice Thompson of Washington, DC and Tonia Hankins (Eric) of Fort Worth, TX.; her siblings, Odessa Jones of Laurel, MD, James "Jimmy" Burrell of Silver Spring, MD and Charles "Gene" Burrell of Bedford, VA; and her niece Carolyn Anderson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
