He is survived by: his parent Ersel Virginia Miller Elkins; his son Mark Elkins; his grandchildren, Mikaela Elkins and Brandon Elkins; his great grandchild Kaiden Elkins; his siblings, Jerry Elkins (Betty), Dorothy Thomas (Russell), Vickie MacPherson, Penny Dooley (Jim), Marie Collins and Patty Witt; his sister-in-law Shirley Elkins of Betty Wilson; and his significant other Crystal Bell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
