He is survived by: his wife JoAnn C. Ragland; his children, Charles Douglas Ragland, Jr. (Debbie), Anna Marie Jennings (James), Charlotte "Bea" Millner (Mike) and Stacy Nicole Pound (Matt); his stepchildren, Joyce Katherine Martinez (Marcello) and Anthony Wayne Chaconas; and his siblings, Prentice Ragland (Nancy), Otha Ragland (Leanna), Earl Ragland, Nancy Grant (D. C.), Helen Bryant, Betty Parrish, Fleta Staton, Carol Staton and Barbara Sowell (Gary). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
