Carla Gale Ragland Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2020, at the age of 75, Carla Gale Ragland (Bedford, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Uriah Payne and Mary Irene Brady Payne of Knoxville, TN.; and her children, Ronald Wayne Robertson and Rhonda Robertson Mills. She is survived by: her husband Rev. Earl Corbert Ragland of Bedford, Virginia; her children, Matthew Mark Robertson (Regina) of Lynchburg, Robin Ragland Bass (Alvin) of Wilson, NC, Murdock Conrad Ragland (Margaret) of Bedford and Earl Corbert Ragland II (Dale) of Charleston, SC; and also Juvenile Investigator. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
