He is survived by: his wife Ora Dale Padgett Wells; his children, David Carl Wells (Teresa Wells) and Bonnie Wells Schmidt; his grandchildren, Christopher Carl Wells (Christine Wells), Ethan Gregg Wells and Caden Wells Schmidt; and his great grandchild Collins Everly Wells. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
