She was predeceased by: her son Luke Booth; and her aunt Loli McCambly. She is survived by: her husband Eric Booth; her son Mark Booth; her brother Adam Ely (Toni); her nieces and nephews, Colter, Alexandra and Aristan; her parents, Richard Ely (Laura) and Susan McCambly Johnson (Mark); and her parents-in-law, Jesse Booth (Melissa) and Judy Smith.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made towards the funeral expenses.
