He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Ann Witcher (Marvin), Bobby W. Weaver, Jr. (Sherry Lou), Cynthia Crews (Thomas) and Kenneth W. Weaver; his grandchildren, Charles Smith, Jr., Joshua Smith, Chris Weaver, Jonathan Weaver, Lelanda Weaver, William Weaver, Cecil Webb, Bradley Weaver, Robbie Weaver, Ashley Hylton, Shawn Linkenhoker and Tabatha Shields; and his brother Billy Weaver (Nancy). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
