It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Wilson Witt of Bedford, Virginia, who passed away on September 9, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Collier Wilson and Lucy Elizabeth Goodman Wilson; and her siblings, Alfred Wilson, Robert Wilson, Shirley Burnette, Lillie Parrish, Louise Eades, Elaine Wilson and James Wilson.
She is survived by: her husband Allen Edward Witt, Jr.; her daughters, Dale Miller and Judy Witt; her siblings, Martha Hudson (Don), Joe Wilson (Ginny) and Ed Wilson; and her siblings-in-law, Patricia Wilson, Charles Parrish and Talmyr Witt.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Bedford Baptist Church, 1516 Oakwood Street, Bedford, VA 24523.
