She was predeceased by: her parents, James Gordon Sammons, Jr. and Lucille Taylor Sammons. She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Lawson (John) and Terri Johnston (Patrick); and her siblings, Nean Parr, Nancy Doutz (Denny), Tammie Vitt (Mike) and Dan Sammons (Vickie).

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Patrick and Terri Johnston's Home.
