She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert A. McDaniel and Elizabeth McFalls McDaniel; her former husband William W. Cheek; her son William W. "Billy" Cheek, Jr. (late Douglas Kennedy); and her daughters-in-law, Rhonda Cheek and Misty Cheek Radford.
She is survived by: her brother Samuel McDaniel (Sandra); her children, Jeffery Cheek and Terri Newbrough (Jeff); her son-in-law Brad Radford; her grandchildren, Stephanie Levey (Chris), Trevor Cheek (Katie), Morgan Newbrough (Drew), Landon Cheek, Brandon Cunningham and Jeremy; her great grandchild Charlotte Levey; and also, William and Daniel.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Good Samaritan Hospice, 2408 Electric Road, Roanoke, VA 24018.
