She was predeceased by: her father Lewis Guy Eubank. She is survived by: her mother Opal Hensley Eubank; her daughter Autumn Hope Hackworth; her aunts, Deanna Slaughter, Mona DeWitt, Zenda Eubank and Freda Easterly; and her uncle Cecil Eubank. She is also survived by numerous cousins, and all of her friends.
