He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Marion "Red" Pugh and Margaret Catherine Hill Pugh; his wife Gloria Collier Pugh; and his daughter-in-law Donna Pugh. He is survived by: his sons, Ted Pugh and Tim Pugh; his grandchildren, Aaron Pugh, Matthew Pugh and Logan Pugh; his sisters, Marion Rains, Shirley Witt (Atlee), Judy Walker and Faye Witt (Wayne); his nieces, Cathy Goff and June Lacy; and his close friends, Brenda Adkins and Rachel Snead. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
