She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Gardner Fifer and Patria Elizabeth Austin Fifer; her husband Herbert Hoover Burks; and her siblings, Dewey, William, Edward, Dean, Ryan, Kenneth, Larry Fifer, May Fifer, Evelyn Brown, Margaret Tiller, Audrey Massie and Patricia Casey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Ross (E. Larry Ross) and Valerie Albritton (Ken); and her sisters, Glenna Putney and Gayle Burks of Big Island. She is also survived by three grandsons; two granddaughters; 12 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
