She was predeceased by: her spouse Eugene Newton Suggs; her son Ronald F. Suggs; her son-in-law Ora Hart, Jr.; her parent William Frank; and also Richard Lucien Lecomte.
She is survived by: her parent Mary Eula Cook; her son Eugene Gene Suggs, III; her wife Carol Suggs; her daughters, Evelyn S. Davis (Robert) and Kathryn Hart; her daughter-in-law Carolyn Suggs; and also John Suggs (Angela). She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
