She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeff Iverson and Deaconess Hattie Smith; her husband Deacon Spencer Smith; her children, Vanessa, Cassandra and Allen; and her brothers, Edward, Sr., Irving Iverson and Wilber Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Page (Sidney) and Eldridge Smith (Judith); her grandchildren, Spencer Page (Daria), Scott Page (Yolanda), James Smith (Lynn), Andrew Smith, Sloane Page (Terra) and Anita Hodnett (Vincent); her siblings, Loraine Smith and Aubrey Smith; and her sister-in-law Deaconess Edmonia Iverson. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
