He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Smith and Elizabeth Smith. He is survived by: his wife Everlena Smith; his children, Lisa Smith, Linwood M. Smith (Charmaine) and Vincent Smith Sr. (Kristie); his siblings, Betty Dabney, Alexander Smith (Carolyn) and Alvin Smith (Gloria); his stepchildren, Frazett Cates, Pamela Spencer, William Spencer, Max Spencer and Stephen Spencer; his grandson Chris Broaddus; and his friends, Billy Ray Smith, Charles Fox and Susie May Hicks. He is also survived by eleven sisters-in-law, seven brothers in-law, sixteen grandchildren and thirty great-grandchildren.
