With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John E. Durose Jr. of Beaverdam, Virginia, who passed away on September 25, 2021 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Durose and Anne Durose; his wife Brenda Durose; his children, Leah Blizard (Michael), Warren Hamburg (Trish), John Durose III (Natalia), Nicole Durose and Jordan Durose (Sean); his grandchildren, Ryan Hamburg, McKenna Hamburg, Josie Durose, Polina Goryaynova and Baby Boy Durose; his sister Annie Durose (John); his nephews, Matthew and Joey; and his niece Louise.
Because of John's strong beliefs in civil rights and equality and justice, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Southern Poverty Law Center (splcenter.org).
