He was predeceased by : his parents, Price Farley Duncan and Ethel Bandy Duncan; his brother Roger L. (Jackie Duncan); his niece Missy Wall Wyatt; and his aunt Mary Bandy Sheppard.

He is survived by : his wife Shelby Willis Duncan; and his brothers, Michael Duncan (Velvet) and David Wayne Duncan.
