We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2024, at the age of 57, Dolores Melissa Matthews of Beaverdam, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Dorianne Buerman and Tommy J Cummando Jr.. She is survived by: her parents, Thomas J Cummando and Dolores M Tworog; her husband Owen Matthews; her children, Nathan, Theresa, Timothy, Stephen and Jason; and her siblings, Tricia Cummando Eby (Michael) and Joseph Annunziata Sr. (Patti).

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested a donation to support the Hanover Education Foundation, 200 Berkley Street, Ashland VA 23005.
