He was predeceased by: his father James O. Sisk (Ollie); his sister Gloria Jean Sisk Holmes; and his brother-in-law Vernon Lee Figgins. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Figgins Sisk; his siblings, John C. Sisk and Priscilla Sisk Krick (Tommy); and his siblings-in-law, Raymond Figgins (Gail), Margaret Figgins Ellis, Thelma Figgins Furr (Fuzzy) and Esther Figgins Smith (Bill). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
