She was predeceased by: her parents, George Moore and Jessie Moore; and her siblings, Brenda Wright and Robert Moore. She is survived by: her husband Ernest Kilby; her sons, Billy Litten (Kelly) of Warrenton and Michael Litten (Marion) of Warrenton; her siblings, Patricia Wines of Bealeton, George R. Moore (Debbie) of Front Royal, Pam Chapman of Marshall, David Moore of Winchester, Nancy Williams of Warrenton, Catherine Bowman and Ty of Marshall; and her grandchildren, Brylee Litten, Shawn Litten, Allana Litten and Bryce Litten.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moser Funeral Home, Inc. (233 Broadview Ave, Warrenton, VA 20186). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
