He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Meeks and Pauline Doss; his wife Janice Meeks of Bealeton, Virginia; his siblings, Mary Arnette of North Carolina, Nancy Graham of West Virginia, Kenny Meeks of North Carolina, Nelson Doss of Virginia, Dave Doss of Virginia, Joey Doss of Maryland and James Doss of West Virginia; and his children, Gary Meeks (Virginia) of Bealeton, Renee Meeks of Bealeton and Dixon.
