She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruppert Sprouse and Lutie Sprouse; her siblings, James Sprouse, Nora Church, Margaret Shifflett, Virginia Hicks and Maxine Garrison; and her grandson Keith Sieles.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Lindsay Shiflett, Jesse Mejia (Sara) and Adam Mejia (Sara); and her children, Sonny Drury Barnett, Patsy Treakle, Linda Breeden (Harry) and Brenda Mejia (Zyndall Shiflett). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Charlton and Groome Funeral Home (619 Lifecore Dr, Fishersville, VA 22939). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Wild Rose Cemetery (1380 Pounding Creek Rd, Charlottesville, VA 22924).
