He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Delawder and Elmer Delawder; and his brother Teddy Delawder. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth May Mumaw; his sons, Brock Delawder of Basye and Shane Delawder (Calissa) of Jerome; his grandchildren, Courtney Stillwell, Dakota Delawder and Dinah Delawder; his great grandchildren, Jeffrey Bright Jr., Kaylee Bright, Zora Delawder and Ivan Bright; his grandchildren, Caitlin Martin and Axel Martin; his siblings, Linda Gutshall (Darryl), James Delawder (Pam), Terry "Roy" Delawder (Joni Saylor) and Perry "Troy" Delawder; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Delawder.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Valley Funeral Service (14116 S Middle Rd, Edinburg, VA 22824). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
