He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Cline Sr. and Mattie Eunice Barb Cline; his children, David Lee Cline and Vyonne Lynn Cline; and his siblings, Mary Dove, Katie Miller, Johnny Cline, Freddie Cline and Leroy Cline.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Diane Smootz Cline; his children, April Renea Cline of Basye and David Eugene Cline Jr. of Basye; his siblings, Judy Cline of Edinburg, Phyllis Smith of Edinburg, Joyce Pitcock of Edinburg, Robert Cline Jr. of Woodstock and Dale Cline of Basye; and his grandchildren, James Stunkle, Sierra Wealthy and Cole Wealthy.
