She was predeceased by: her husband Chester Ray Faulkner; and her parents, Charles Blankenship and Flora Ramsey Blankenship. She is survived by: her children, Judy White (Roger), John Ray Faulkner (Rama) and Jane Miller (Alan); and her grandchildren, Alan Lee, Aaron Miller, David Faulkner and Jenna Lazardes.
