He is survived by: his sons, Ryan Carter Jr. and Kendrick Carter; his father Kenneth Carter (Betty) of Bastian; and his siblings, Dr. Ralph Compton (Laura) of Berea, ReniÃ, Brizendine (Donnie) of Bastian, Rick Compton (Della) of Myrtle Beach, S. C., Randy Carter (Carolyn) of Bastian, Rachelle Palmer (Dennis) of Bluefield, Hershell (Alice) of Bastian, Ben Carter of Bastian and Chase Carter of Bastian. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
