It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Looney of Bastian, Virginia, born in Bluefield, West Virginia, who passed away on August 13, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas E. Looney and Betty Parnell Looney; and his nephew Joey Dye. He is survived by: his wife Edith Dye Looney; his son Jordon; his daughter-in-law Rachel Looney; his daughters, Amber Gibson and Sara Beth (Dakotah Crouse); his brother Steve; his sister-in-law Kim Looney; his grandchildren, Dalton Gibson, Cade Crouse, Chloe Looney, Chase Crouse and Elisha Looney; his mother-in-law Callie "Maxine" Taylor; his nieces and nephews, Heather, Jessica, Stephanie, Melissa, Junior, Chuck, Tracey, Krystal, Blake, Krista, Crystal, Callie, Amber and Ashley; his parents-in-law, Dreama, Pete, Anita, Cindy, Danny, Jimmy and Teresa; and his close friend Pauley. He is also survived by dog companion.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made in Paul's honor to the Bastian Union Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 152 Bastian, VA, 24314.
