She was predeceased by: her husband Julian Carter; her daughters, Cheryl Cantrell and Christy Carter; and her mother Catherine Bell Meade. She is survived by: her daughters, Julia Steffey (Lee) and Tiffany Carter; her son-in-law Mike Cantrell; her grandchildren, Catherine Ensign, Nate Jones, Michelle Cantrell, Seth Farmer, Rachel Steffey and Matthew Cantrell; her great grandchildren, Roslyn and Evelyn Jones; and also, Luke Saferight, Brooke McFarland and Angie Hodge. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
